The Divine Cow; Gau Mata

Our Mother, the Divine Cow;  Gau Mata

(gau means cow and mata means mother)

For some the cow is only a piece of meat

But for us, she is this

When we study the scriptures we realize that it is not just an animal but an entire energy system, the Gau Shakti, so necessary for human kind

Life evolves upward from levels lower than even apparent animation; when the animal starts its evolution journey its body grows laterally meaning sideways /  horizontally eg: a worm, lizard etc and there is hardly any development in the fore head, the forehead is a measure of the development of the Pineal gland- seat of the soul, the third eye

As the animal progresses it starts to grow vertically, meaning its height increases and with that it keeps on developing bigger fore head which symbolizes intellect and intelligence; you will never find a famous person with a small forehead

Look at the head of less evolved creatures say the worm or a cockroach there is hardly any development in the pineal gland now look at the head of a cow see it has a highly developed pineal gland

Animals that have a close association with human beings evolve more quickly, and are likely to be promoted sooner to the level of human evolution. { love read inverse is evol }

Some people argue that whether we eat a plant or a cow we are killing a life, this is wrong one cannot compare the consciousness of a plant or say a chicken to the consciousness of a cow, the chicken or goat may not realize that they are been taken for slaughter, but a cow will certainly come to know beforehand.

The slaughtering of these more highly evolved animals produces strong emotions such as fear and anger which remain as vibrations in the meat itself and increase people’s naturally aggressive and/or fearful tendencies, that is the reason some people avoid use of leather goods, since they may contain the bad vibrations of the slaughtered animal

Krishna is also called as Gopala (गो पाल)  meaning "cow protector" from Sanskrit गो (go) meaning "cow" and पाल (pala) meaning "guard, protector".

Vedic cows have a surya nadi because of which Gold is produced not only in their milk but also in their urine; scientist have proved this by abstracting Gold from their urine, even her dung has so many properties

Where a cow resides she brings good vibrations

To consecrate (make pure) a place; Gospands (beneficent cattle) like cows, goats, lambs etc are set free to graze for a minimum period of seven months! The urine and excreta (taro and gobar) of the innocent animals help destroy pockets of sprites and dark forces, if any and make the whole area peaceful and pure (in this regard, it is very pertinent to point out that some years ago, when in Chernobyl, Russia, there was a leakage of radioactivity, scientists were pleasantly surprised to find that houses which were splattered with the urine and gobar (dung) of cattle, there was hardly any adverse radiation)

It is indeed sad that our Vedic cows were replaced by the hump less western cows, let us try to bring back our Vedic way of life
